Sales Taxes (GST)
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Process to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION, complete with all manuals, and packaging, we need notification within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise, please call our office on 1800 170 777. Filing of claims with suppliers will be our responsibility.
Freight cost may change due to bulk items. You will be notified prior to dispatch of any changes.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.
PLEASE NOTE! All deliveries from Caterworx are made via Australia Post and StarTrack, both of which are 3rd party businesses and Caterworx can not be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak times.
In the event of some items being out of stock, you will be notified and given the option of your item being either placed on Back Order, or the order being canceled, with a refund back to the payment source.
